Day 320: Road to the 203lb kettlebell snatch. Rockin a new shirt from @Rogue Fitness and making an effort to toss around this beast more to get used to it. Today was the first day the 150lber felt super manageable. Increased exposure really is the only way to deal with theese heavy cannonballs. I hit 3 sets of 10 tac cleans before getting into a nightmarish double kb workout to finish off the session. I will post that tomorrow. You conditioning guys are gonna love it.
