Depending on the monitor, there may be no reduction in motion blur even w/ 360hz because HZ isn't everything, you have to look at the response time of the monitor as well and the technologies used. Take the PG259QN for example. At 360hz, the motion blur isn't all that better than a competing 240hz monitor.

Feb 17, 2022 · 300Hz is the max refresh rate supported on the X25 if you have the color depth set to 10-bit. To get 360Hz, reduce the color depth to 8-bit in your GPU settings. Check compatibility of GPU and DP cable with your monitor. I had all sorts of trouble until I replaced DP cable with a proper one that supported required throughput.

Not worth it at all, 240 is about as high as you would ever need and even that has varying opinions and depends on the circumstance. Additionally a jump from 60-120hz refresh rate is a more noticeable difference than going from 240-360, which is because you're going from a 100% increase to a 50%.
