Police in Minneapolis arrested a suspect linked to two murders and another shooting, all occurring on the same day near homeless camps and residential areas.

O'Hara said once the crime scene had been cleared, police would assist the city in clearing out the encampment.

The incidents occurred within a 16-hour period in Minneapolis’ Phillips neighborhood. No motive had been established as of late Wednesday.
