The Columbus Blue Jackets announced Saturday they had signed forward Dmitri Voronkov to a two-year, $8.35 million contract that will pay him $4.175 million through the 2026-27 season.

The Blue Jackets moved ahead of the Wings in the wild card standings (68-66 points), with Boston and Ottawa two points behind the Wings for the final spot.
