WWE's Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston took a shot at Kendrick Lamar and claimed Drake had come out on top in their feud.

Kendrick Lamar has a couple more names to add to his opp list for 2025. WWE's Raw made its Netflix debut in Los Angeles on Monday night (Jan. 6), and wrestling tag team New Day called out the West Coast rapper in his home state.

This past Monday night (Jan. 6), WWE made their Netflix debut when RAW aired on the streaming service for the first time live from Los Angeles. And to ensure the show was a memorable one, The New Day decided to take some potshots at beloved LA artist, Kendrick Lamar, in one of their comedic segments.

During Raw, The New Day, a.k.a. Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston, told the crowd that they spent the past six months “elevating a trash rapper named Kendrick Lamar.” When they were met with boos, Kingston added, “Yeah, boo him. We think he sucks, too.” He then claimed that “Drake won the beef,” eliciting even more jeering from the audience.

Only in the WWE can you see Travis Scott don a championship belt, Kendrick Lamar get dissed in his hometown, and Hulk Hogan get booed in one show. Yet that’s par for the course at something like the “Raw” event, which broadcasted live from the new multi-billion dollar Intuit Dome in Inglewood, CA, home of the LA Clippers.
