The Tennessee Titans have requested permission to interview John Spytek for their open general manager position.

The Jacksonville Jaguars announced they requested to interview Brian Flores for their vacant head coach position after they fired Doug Pederson earlier this month. The New York Jets and the Chicago Bears have also requested an interview with Flores.

John Spytek once dubbed the pursuit of Tom Brady “operation Shoeless Joe Jackson,” a “Field of Dreams” reference. “If you build it, he will come.” Spytek helped the Bucs build the Super Bowl 55 champions and is one of two assistant general managers who has been partly responsible for the team winning four consecutive NFC South titles.
