The Princess of Wales, who revealed in March that she had been diagnosed with cancer after speculation surrounding her whereabouts, said on Tuesday she is in remission.

Catherine, Princess of Wales, confirmed Tuesday that her cancer is in remission during a visit with the staff and patients of the Royal Marsden in Chelsea.

Princess Kate made the announcement on social media after visiting the London hospital where she received treatment.
