Wisconsin Judge Monica Isham says she will refuse to hold court if she does not receive state support following the arrest of Judge Hannah Dugan.

Hannah Dugan, the Milwaukee County judge arrested Friday by the FBI for allegedly obstructing federal authorities who were seeking to detain an undocumented immigrant, was a longtime social justice advocate before she took the bench.

Dugan previously worked for legal aid organizations and was once the Milwaukee Bar Association president. An alderman who knows her says she's the "model of public service."
