Fans were heartbroken by Lillard's injury, knowing what the Bucks star overcame to return to the playoff series after missing the final 14 regular season games with deep vein thrombosis in his right leg. After the contest, Lillard's teammate Giannis Antetokounmpo shared an inspiring message for the nine-time All-Star.

Antetokounmpo had to pretty much do it all by himself on Sunday after Damian Lillard exited the game in the first quarter. Lillard was unable to return, and the suspicion is that the six-time All-Star may have suffered a potentially season-ending injury.

Bucks star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo did his best to keep the team afloat, recording 28 points, 15 rebounds and six assists. He shot 9-of-20 from the field in an uncharacteristically inefficient performance, but he had to shoulder most of the offensive load when Lillard went down.
