Kansas football and West Virginia faced off Saturday in a Big 12 Conference matchup. Here's what happened during the game in Morgantown.

The Jayhawks sent their punting unit onto the field, and eventually took a delay-of-game penalty after which the referees reviewed an incompletion on third down. After the game resumed two hours later, Kansas punted the ball — now on fourth-and-7 — while leading 21-17.

The West Virginia Mountaineers (2-2) trailed 28-17 with 5:39 left in the game and constructed back-to-back touchdown drives to knock off the Kansas Jayhawks (1-3) Saturday afternoon 32-28. West Virginia scored the game’s first points on the offense’s second possession of the afternoon.
