Two of the four tracks have resumed service, Amtrak said. Around 8 a.m. Amtrak service was temporarily suspended between New York Penn Station and Philadelphia due to downed wires.

By Sunday afternoon, service on two tracks between New York Penn Station and Philadelphia's 30th Street Station had been restored, "operating at reduced speeds," according to Amtrak's website.
