The Washington Mystics have traded two-time All-Star Ariel Atkins to the Chicago Sky, the team announced Sunday night.
Chicago leveraged draft capital to pair star forward Angel Reese with a backcourt option that has been a part of championship rosters before. Atkins won a WNBA title with the Mystics in 2019 before bringing home a gold medal with Team USA at the 2020 Olympic Games.
