WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - A Wichita County Jury has found Jimmy Wilson guilty of the murder of 62-year-old James Walsh on Tuesday, Jan. 28. The verdict was given after 33 minutes of deliberation from the jury. Wilson was sentenced to life in jail.
A Wichita County jury took 30 minutes Wednesday to sentence Jimmy Harold Wilson to life in prison. The same jury took about the same amount of time on Tuesday to find Wilson guilty of murder in the shooting death of 62-year-old James Walsh.
Since 2008, local franchisees have closed almost as many of the restaurants as they’ve opened. Just this month, one has just been shuttered, one has been added.
