TAMPA, Fla. - A woman accused of robbing a Tampa bank on Tuesday has been arrested. Police say Maria Montesino, 42, went into Grow Financial Federal Credit Union located in the 1700 block of N. Oregon Avenue shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A woman has been arrested for robbing a Grow Financial on Tuesday, the Tampa Police Department said. Around 2:30 p.m., Maria Montesino, 42, entered Grow Financial Federal Credit Union located on the 1700 block of North Oregon Avenue and demanded money from the teller, according to TPD.

TAMPA, Fla. - Tampa Police have arrested 42-year-old Maria Montesino for the robbery of Grow Financial Federal Credit Union on September 17th. Montesino allegedly entered the bank and claimed a man outside had instructed her to commit the robbery,

Tampa police are searching for a suspect involved in an armed robbery at a Circle K on N. Florida Ave. The unarmed suspect fled on a bicycle. No injuries were reported.

Investigators are searching for a woman who they said robbed a Tampa bank before taking off Tuesday afternoon.
