The Boston Celtics visit the New York Knicks in Game 3 of their best-of-seven Eastern Conference semifinal series Saturday.

If the Celtics are to avoid the dreaded 0-3 series deficit from which no team has ever escaped, they'll need to play better in the secnd half.

The Celtics, who have missed 75 3-pointers through two games, entered as heavy favorites to win the series. But after blowing another big lead at home on Wednesday, sportsbooks are now slightly favoring the Knicks. New York will host Games 3 and 4 at Madison Square Garden.
