AUSTIN (KXAN) — Jack White is bringing his “No Name Tour” to Austin this week. The White Stripes guitarist and singer will perform at Mohawk on Thursday night, the music venue announced on social media Monday morning. White is making a mini tour through Texas and the southwest this week with three stops in Texas and another in Oklahoma.

After a teaser run of club dates that he insisted wasn’t a tour, Jack White will celebrate his Grammy-nominated new album “No Name” with a global headline run.

AUSTIN, Texas — ( CultureMap Austin) Jack White, formerly of the White Stripes, has surprised Austin with a new show date just days away. The solo artist will be playing the Mohawk on Thursday, November 14, and tickets go on sale Tuesday, November 12.

White will perform in Toronto at both History and Massey Hall in February, and will return back to Canada in May to play a par of shows in Vancouver. White also announced the release of "You Got Me Searching," a new B-side to No Name's "That's How I'm Feeling" that will arrive tomorrow.
