Russia pounded Ukraine with hundreds of drones and missiles on Friday in the largest attack of the war — just hours after President Trump admitted he was “disappointed” with his call with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Russia pummelled Kyiv with drones in an all-night attack, injuring at least 23 people, damaging railway infrastructure and setting buildings and cars on fire throughout the city, authorities in the Ukrainian capital said early on Friday.

Russia launched 550 drones and missiles across Ukraine overnight in the largest aerial assaults since the war began. The capital Kyiv was the primary target.
