A juvenile was arrested in Gwinnett County for terroristic threats and a "kill list" after a year-long harassment investigation sparked by Roblox.

The lawsuit alleges that Roblox Corporation has engaged in "unfair and deceptive business practices" that put children in danger of exploitation and grooming.

The Boston field office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation is warning parents about the rise of online extremists targeting children.

According to the survey, 61% of parents said they believe Roblox’s parental controls are sufficient to prevent their child from being contacted by a potential predator. At the same time, nearly four in ten parents remain unconvinced or unsure that those tools provide that level of protection.

It launched Horizon Worlds, a VR metaverse that people could explore and create worlds in. It looked bad and wasn’t great, but it was supposedly the future. Five years later, Meta’s metaverse is ditching VR and spinning Worlds into a Roblox clone after burning $70+ billion on virtual and augmented reality.

Detectives say they found other messages where the Gwinnett County minor talked about killing other women and "having a kill list."
