How are you all managing file share permissions? Do users for example have to ask for permission changes to ACL's or do you let 'owners' manage their own drive permissions?

Hi,<BR><BR>I have not looked much yet, but I am in search of a few examples of GUI file managers that have support for POSIX ACL. Konqueror on my SuSE 9.2 don't have it, apparently. Ideas ?
