Ukraine may receive 4 billion euros from the EU by adopting 11 reformist laws, despite Orban's veto on the main aid package.

Paula Pinho, Chief Spokesperson for the European Commission, has said the issue of granting Ukraine a €90 billion EU loan could be resolved even before the European Council meets on 19-20 March.

The European Commission is increasing pressure on Ukraine to adopt several key reforms it was expected to pass last year, in a bid to secure more EU funding and advance toward membership of the bloc.
