Ken Flores, who was currently on tour doing his stand-up comedy until April, died on January 28. No cause of death was provided. The tour began in Portland, Oregon on January 10 and was scheduled to conclude in San Diego, California on April 19.

Comedian Ken Flores died in Los Angeles on Tuesday, according to the County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner and a post on his Instagram page.

Flores, a beloved figure in L.A. stand-up, was becoming a breakout star at various comedy clubs including Hollywood's Laugh Factory, the Comedy Store and Hollywood Improv. No cause of death was immediately known.
