Camp Mystic, a Christian summer camp for girls ages 7 to 17, is located along the Guadalupe River in Hunt, Texas-a community now at the epicenter of a deadly flood emergency. At least six people have died in what Governor Greg Abbott called "devastating flooding" across the Hill Country and Concho Valley.

Heavy rains have caused devastating flash floods in Texas Hill Country, killing at least 24 people and leaving many others missing
