Galp Energia (OTCPK:GLPEF) (OTCPK:GLPEY) said Tuesday that CEO Filipe Silva has resigned, days after a Portuguese news website reported the company's ethics committee was investigating an anonymous complaint about an alleged personal relationship between the CEO and a company manager.
