A Florida couple is on the run following a disgusting shoplifting spree that involved a woman intentionally pooping on the floor of a Family Dollar while her accomplice fled the store with a shopping cart full of hundreds of dollars in cleaning products, police said.

A very public bowel movement was put to use when a Florida couple needed a distraction for large-scale shoplifting, according to investigators. It happened in the middle of the day Dec. 18 at a Family Dollar in Mulberry, and the outrageous plan worked, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office reported in a Jan. 9 Crime Stoppers post.
