We offer lake living for a fraction of other rentals in our area. Our home goes for $99 nightly for up to 4 people while a home across from our association beach goes for almost 400. Add another 24 percent for Steuben and Indiana State taxes and that is almost 500 a night. Our home is newly remodeled and features a large open living area with the kitchen flowing to the open dining room flowing to the living room. The large 55 inch Panasonic TV with DVD player is view-able throughout. There are two bedrooms down a short hallway with the bathroom and laundry room in between. The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway. Our huge lot is snuggled between two private roads and many trees where the main traffic is an occasional golf cart heading to a private playground and beach about two blocks away. Our lot features some tall trees all around with a wonderful private picnic area highlighted with a large open fire pit for cooking or just telling war stories around.
